What Should Survive an AI Tool Experiment?
AI has made it much easier to reach a working prototype. The harder question is what deserves to survive: the tool, a reusable process, a clearer requirement or a decision to stop—and whether carrying it forward materially improves the work that follows.

A good AI conversation is not an operating system
For a nontechnical expert, the practical leverage of AI is a recurring job wrapped around a model — context, instructions, tools, outputs, state, logs and review — so repeated handling can move to AI while human judgment shapes later runs.
